Thus said former Prime Minister and ECB Governor Mario Draghi , in his opening speech ( full text here ) at the Communion and Liberation Meeting in Rimini. "These events," he continued, "have done away with any illusion that the economic dimension alone could ensure any form of geopolitical power."
